All requests to use the Classified Adverts Pages must comply with the following:

1. All Classified adverts offered for publication on the WebShowcase.uk.com must be legal, decent, honest and truthful.

2. All copy must comply with the British Code of Advertising Practice and the Advertising Standards Authority.

3. All adverts are accepted at the publisher's (WebShowcase.uk.com) absolute discretion.

3a. Any email for the Classified Ads Pages that contains an attachment will be deleted, unread. Sorry, but I have to be strict about this.
If you would like to include a picture, please upload it to your own webspace and include the Web page URL in the email [Most ISP's give you free Web space where you can place such items]. I will visit the URL, make a copy of the picture and upload it for you. Alternatively, our land address is on the About Us page, and I'm quite happy for you to post your picture on a floppy disc.

4. When deemed necessary, for brevity or otherwise, supplied material may be edited at the publisher's discretion. You may be asked to OK and confirm these changes by email, before publication.

5. Whilst WebShowcase.uk.com publishes its Classified pages in good faith, it is emphasised strongly that WebShowcase.uk.com cannot in any circumstances accept responsiblilty for the accuracy, truth or otherwise of any advertisement or picture supplied by any third party.

6. In relation to item 5 and 5a-c; To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law and regulation, WebShowcase.uk.com does not make any express or implied warranties, representations or endorsements whatsoever with regard to any advertising placed on the Classified advert pages or any other related pages, and also includes, without limitation, warranties of title or noninfringement, or any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. In addition, WebShowcase.uk.com shall not be liable for any cost or damage arising either directly or indirectly from any such usage or transaction.

7. The Editor/Webmaster reserves the right to refuse inclusion into the Classified Pages at his/her sole discretion. This right includes removing items that subsequently prove or are shown to be false, misleading, or illegal, and, further includes items that have been up for extended periods without any resulting sale.

8. Under no circumstances will WebShowcase.uk.com ever knowingly allow to be sold any item that is deemed illegal by local, national or international law. In addition, we have placed our own ban on these items: alcohol, counterfeit items such as goods and id's, drugs, firearms, fireworks, tobacco, weapons and anything that infringes copyright or trademarks.

4. You agree not to do any of the following while using any Messageboard or other posting medium on the WebShowcase.uk.com Web site:

a) Transmit/post any message, information, data, text, software or images, or other content ("Material") that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, hateful, racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable that may invade another's right of privacy or publicity;

b) Impersonate any person or entity, including but not limited to, a Web Showcase employee or member, forum moderator, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity;

c) Post or transmit any Material that you do not have a legal right to reproduce, display or transmit under any law or under contractual agreements (such as nondisclosure agreements);

d) Post or transmit any Material that contains a virus or corrupted data;

e) Use the Site's communication features in a manner that adversely affects the availability of its resources to other users (e.g., excessive shouting, use of all caps, or flooding continuous posting of repetitive text);

k) Whilst we keep a fairly constant eye on the postings to our boards and do as much as possible to maintain a high standard, we do not control the content of any messages posted on the Web Showcase Message Boards and we cannot guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of any postings nor any products or services that may appear here as part of a posting. We do, however, take a lot of pride in our board and will delete immediately, any post we feel is defamatory, offensive, clearly gives wrong information or is just blatant advertising.
